Pilsner

With heaps of whole flower European hops and fine German malts, we achieved the bracing herbal bite and smooth malt flavor that we sought.

California- American-Style Lager- 5.1% ABV. 5.1% ABV SoCal Pilsner. Dry Hopped with Citra and Wakatu to create notes of citrus and lemon zest. Lagered for 30 days to create a clean, traditional pilsner finish  

A perfect companion whether relaxing or adventuring, this Pilsner is brewed with Saaz hops that pair nicely with a light malt backbone, for a balance that is both crisp and refreshing.
